There’s no question about the level of care I received: photos, medical records, and every detail show I was in a critical care bed, not an observation room. Yet, the hospital decided to **bill my stay as “observation,” not critical care**, despite the clear evidence. This misbilling has created a nightmare with **Aetna Insurance**.
