The most unresponsive agency I have ever dealt with. Good rates but bad servicing of account for several years and I finally moved my business to another agency. I would not recommend this agency. They will not shop rates or be proactive in any kind of way. It seemed that they had too many clients and could not provide good old fashioned service.

I can’t explain how much I love this insurance company Russel a the rest are great people helped me out gave me the best rate the app is just as great I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO THEM I’ve had them since I was in my late twenties and had no issues besides getting a tow through the app is a long wait time but they will refund you if you pay for a tow keep the bill bring it too them

Russel flat out lied to my mother, who recently had a stroke and is unable to drive. We had been waiting weeks on the paperwork he said he was going to mail to her to get her signature so the insurance could be canceled. Finally called him today to inquire about it and he said he hasn’t mailed it and would just hold onto it until she’s able to get by his office to sign it. Meanwhile, continuing to bill her for insurance that she called over a month ago to cancel. Shady. Silver lining, after some shopping around I was able to get my mom insurance for more than half the price she was paying them. Unbelievable at the cons these guys pull on those uniformed. If you got insurance here, chances are you are being gouged too.
