Derrick and his staff are quick to respond to any questions. They keep us informed of the best insurance programs (Medicare Part B and D) to meet what were our basic insurance needs. As we age and are now starting to encounter more intensive medical treatment we'll look to Derrick to help us navigate through the best insurance options for us. We have stayed with the original Medicare and are glad we are not subjected to the approvals of any Advantage plan.
