Honestly, if I could've given Advantage ss than one star I would. Their agents are Deceitful and condescending. Rates vary minute by minute. The agent treat customers poorly and act as if the customers should be appreciative to do business with them. My realtor recommended them and after I told my realtor about this poor treatment, she is no longer recommending them. Honestly, they are the epitome of why everybody complains about homeowners insurance and why The state Of Florida is now suing Insurance companies.

I got a new policy and there was an issue with my initial enrollment that I didn’t know about until I received a letter in the mail. I called them to get it figured out, thinking it would be a difficult process. Their agent Andy assured me that he would figure it out and take care of it. He took care of the whole situation which ended up being a 3 day process, involving additional research and multiple call backs! He was super helpful and very pleasant to talk to. He made this experience a great one when it could’ve very easily have been an unpleasant one. 5 stars Andy, 5 stars!!

My husband and I were with Andy's Auto Insurance for 15 years in the mid 1990s through the 2000s. We moved thereafter. He is, by far, the best Auto Insurance in all of Virginia in my opinion. I have moved out of the area and John has passed. Andy was/is attentive, very competent and the best in his class. He is a GOAT. Please check him out.
