Had the pleasure of working with Advantage Abstract. They were smooth, responsive, and just a real pleasure to do business with. They have this old school morals but new school energy and tech savvy feel. Even the atmosphere when I walked in was great. Greeted me with coffee AND CANDY!!!! 😂 They definitely know their stuff and it shows. I’ve done business with plenty other companies and look forward to them facilitating future transactions for me. Horrible service, do not use this title company. They never answer the phone. I worked with Deborah Ross and literally had to beg her for a settlement sheet the day before closing. Every doc she sent me was scanned sideways and cut off. They do not respond. They move at snail pace and refused to disclose that the delay of getting me a settlement sheet was caused by obtaining a surprise mortgage on a cash deal. Stay away from this company at all costs.

I've bought and sold dozens of properties. One of the worst experiences in 20 years. Poor communication, rude or maybe stupid.. Slow, then super last minute. Then changes to needs the night before a close? You'd think that they had never done a closing before.
