Awful experience Greg came to the house, of course, was Telling us everything we wanted to hear while no work was completed and miraculously never received The check he supposedly sent out. It was awful trying to get a hold of him. He never answered or anyone at his place. Would definitely stay Away. Was recommend by the plumbing company never again

We had a tree in the backyard fall on our house, punch a huge hole in the roof, break six rafters, destroy the back gutters, punch a hole in the siding, crush some duct work and littler the attic with debris. The city was, of course, kind enough to kick us out of house. Stressful. I feel fortunate that my neighbor Jeff referred me to Greg at Advanced Public Adjusters. Greg helped get the emergency work taken care of quickly--getting Shaun from Shaun's tree service did the emergency removal the same day. Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I had the worst experience with Advanced Public Adjustors and highly regret ever working with them. My claim (#PRAH-00896955, started on 06/01/2023) took an unbelievable two years to resolve, and they never kept me informed. I constantly had to chase them for updates, but they simply ignored me. Not only did they take a ridiculous 25% cut from my claim, but they also received the second insurance payment on 01/25/2025 and cashed the check without my consent. It has now been two months, and I still haven’t received the money they owe me. The owner, Greg, promised to send the check on 03/11/2025, but unsurprisingly, he never did. Utterly Dissatisfied – Proceed with Caution! My interaction with Advanced Public Adjustors was profoundly negative, a decision I deeply lament. My matter (#PRAH-00896955, initiated on 2023-06-01) dragged on for an exorbitant 24 months, marked by a complete absence of communication from their side. I was perpetually compelled to seek information, only to be met with silence. Beyond their excessive 20% plus deduction, they also processed a subsequent financial disbursement on 2025-01-25 without my authorization. Sixty days have now elapsed, and the funds due to me remain unremitted. An individual named Greg pledged to dispatch the expected payment on 2025-03-11, a commitment that predictably went unfulfilled. A digital message sent on 2025-03-20 yielded no reply.
