Have used SF insurance for a few years now and this team specifically are the friendliest most understanding and helpful people. Kelsey & Frank are phenomenal & kind. Kelsey is always quick to answer the phone and provide any information she can. Frank is especially good at explaining insurance policies in an understandable and digestible way. would definitely recommend this branch.

Elderly Abuse & Harrassment. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. Ghost policies. Very unprofessional, Mayberry office. In February my elderly mom decided to shop around for coverage for one of her SC properties. State Farm contacted her with a quote, however after the initial payment was made she requested a copy of both the binder and policy. The policy information was not present on the online account, immediately after payment, like other professional insurance companies. Upon review of binder, the amount on the binder was different than the policy amount quoted. The coverage price quoted was increased and items were added to the binder without knowledge or forethought. Previous company was very professional, no claims were filed with other company . Adam Peterson location is wonderful! I was treated with respect and kindness. My kids were with me and they stayed calm the whole time we were there getting information updated and learning about life insurance. My appointment was with Mr. Weston and he was well informed. He took his time explaining to me the importance of all my insurances and life choices with them. Afterwards we all went outside to photo-op with my new Buzz, in Pamello Yellow. Overall great experience with this branch and especially my account associate, Frank. He gave me plenty of time and space to make a decision about switching insurance without pressuring me or spamming me with calls.
