I have been a customer of Alfred L Smith company located here in Greenville, South Carolina for over a year and a half. I give this company the highest possible rate in customer service! Erin and Steve are excellent in what they do. both Erin and Steve have always followed up promptly and have efficiently helped me in all my insurance needs. Erin always takes my phone calls, answers any of my questions, and helps me in such an outgoing, friendly way. I highly recommend Alfred L. I have been doing business with this company for years only to find out that I have been paying almost twice as much for insurance with them. When checking around for prices I got at least 4 other quotes that were almost half of what I have been paying. Called the office and canceled my insurance policies. Then to find out they had deducted over $1300 from my account for premium when it would have been due. I never gave anyone permission to debit my account. I always paid it over the phone when it was due. When I brought this to their attention they said they would credit it back to my account. Well it is now 7 days later and I still have not seen it. They are also now claiming that they have no record of me calling to cancel the policies Someone at this company is not being truthful and

Every experience with Smith Insurance is a pleasure, the agents are always very nice, friendly and helpful and if I have a problem they get resolved, this is why I have done business with them for over 20 years, I don’t plan on going anywhere else.
