I want to leave an outstanding review for Insurance Agent Matthew Bradley. He truly embodies customer service excellence. Even with other pending tasks on his plate, he took the time to assist me with courtesy and professionalism. He helped set up an insurance policy for my daughter, made needed modifications to my own car insurance policy, and handled the payment process smoothly. If I could give him 10 out of 10 stars, I would. Mr. Bradley, thank you for your exceptional service!

We used Don Bullard for our rental home insurance. After multiple carrier losses in the area due to hurricane activity, I reached out to inquire about a non-renewal notice for our current plan and they assured me that they would be providing a replacement policy for the one that was set not to renew. After waiting until less than a month before the policy was set to expire, they then notified me that they didn't have a replacement policy, and I would need to find one on my own. Unacceptable. Two stars since we didn't have any issues with them prior to this, but dropping the ball less than a month away after I proactively reached out well in advance is really bad business. They couldn't even be bothered to make a phone call or assist in finding coverage after putting us in that predicament,
