Patricia was extremely helpful in both finding me insurance for my second home in a difficult-to-insure area, and then getting that policy reinstated when they threatened cancellation. Nobody likes to deal with insurance, but Patricia made the process seamless. She's quick to reply, a pleasure to speak to on the phone, and actually follows through on what she says she'll do.

We worked with Patricia in getting insurance for a fixer upper, and she was so knowledgeable and efficient. During a time that’s challenging to get a reasonable quote, Patricia gave us terrific pointers, and even recommendations in home renovations. We had contacted 3-4 companies with slow response times, before asking our real estate agent for referrals, and found Peninsula General (Acrisure). We had been using Peninsula General for well over a decade for our home and auto. We recently needed to get a new policy. In spite of our lender, broker and myself calling and emailing for weeks to move forward with the policy we never heard back from our contact person. When I explained the issue to whoever answered the phone and requested that someone else help me, I was told that wasn’t possible. We are now moving all of our business to another company, one who actually returned our calls.
