After 30 minutes of being transferred to different people . I finally got fed up enough to go to one of there branches and had another 30 min wait. That being said they have very affordable insurance. But horrible customer service.

I haven’t done a review in 10 years but Tammy and Samantha were so nice to me when I was getting a quote. That’s pretty rare these days when your options are geico or progressive.
