Abraham Ryngler Insurance

I hate to give a bad review but I don’t want anyone to be mocked or emotionally distressed by this insurance broker. He makes you feel like a criminal after he interrogates you. I answered all his questions and he continued with his remarks and mocking. How I was unprofessional bc i told him he was unprofessional. Who pays for the insurance etc. All I called him for was when does my insurance policy expire and it turned into a interrogation and harassment. I literally had a break down. They don’t even deserve a one star.

Actually, I've been with this company almost since opening and I have found them to be the best Insurance company I've ever worked with. If something happens with my auto insurance where my original payment didn't go through or something like that, my agents have called me to find out if there is a way them can help so I don't sacrifice my policy. Really, I have found their customer service to be top notch.

Worse Experince ever. I felt like a criminal through the whole matter in trying to prove my case. Catherine Saliney my adjuster was very rude and made decisions for her supervisor Rayna Loverme who was clearly clueless about the case and gave me false information. I did not feel like my voice was heard explaining my side of the story regarding being hit while my 2year old and 2 week old was in my car. They defended the other party, without trying to investigate the situation with the deputy that was a witness onsite.

I am so FURIOUS. I knew this guy's company back in the day before he was "successful". Now, they have let my policies LAPSE TWICE FOR NO REASON!!! I am an opponent to "fake" reviews, but this is legit. I'm TICKED.

Great insurance broker. Handles everything in a professional and efficient matter. Would recommend to anyone looking for a 5 star broker!
