The guy on the phone is very very rude.Very passive aggressive and that’s not the way to talk to people especially while your job has to deal with customers on the phone.Very unprofessional would not recommend or even think about trying out this place after that conversation with that guy.Needs to be retrained or acknowledge good customer service
