Justin is the gentleman I spoke to and have spoken to on several other occasions. I very much enjoy when he answers my calls because he is knowledgeable of the products and my situation, professional while still very personable. It truly feels like I’m talking to a friend rather than an insurance agent. He has never been pushy or tried hard to sell me something. He does present other products State Farm offers, as I’m sure he is asked to do, but not once did it seem like a hard sell approach. I believe he understood from the beginning talking with me that I do not like dealing with pushy salesmen.
