AAA York Office

I have been a AAA member nearly 20 years. Until recently the few experinces were all positive. Like many other companies AAA has gone down hill fast. Last Sunday, Nov 30th my car wouldn't start. I have one of your batteries in it. Its less than 2 years old. So after calling and a short wait someone came out to jump start my car. I was told my battery was fine but suggested i get a charger to keep it charged. I bought a charger and fully charged my battery. 5 days later its dead. After calling AAA again, the automated service twice, i was on hold a half hour both times and nobody picked up. I have 5 family members on my plan and Will Not be renewing my membership when it becomes due. Went in 2 weeks ago to do a title transfer for a car for my daughter and I live 4 hours away but the rude lady said we couldn't do it bc we didn't have a hard copy of insurance asked if she could print it and she said no. Came back 2 weeks later with everything needed and got in the office at 12:35 and they close at 1pm and the same rude lady said its too late too do a title now bc it can take 45 minutes and they close at 1pm. I said but we drove 4 hours we aren't from here. She said oh sorry. Do not recommend this office for anything. No wonder why no one is ever in there. Go to runkles they are polite friendly and fast.

I was trying to cancel my Pastor home insurance with AAA. Last year I cancel his auto and AAA service with our power of attorney paperwork. No problem, this was the last policy he had left. We sold his home and is moving with us so we can care for him. They gave me such a hard time over the phone that I send my husband with my pastor to the AAA store to handle it face to face. They still gave my husband a hard time. Is it the color of our skin that they believe everyone is a criminal 🤔. Mr Brown was with them for over 40 years and this is how they close him out. Shame on you AAA. You should change your name to FFF failing you customers.

We have been members for years, and the only time I needed their service after an accident, I had a very disappointing experience 😭. First, the police refused to call AAA because the AAA service would "take 3 to 4 hours", I was told, so the police called a local towing company that arrived in a few minutes. Second of all, after paying the outrageous bill of $925.00 at the towing company the next day, after the AAA agent confirming with the owner that the vehicle was cleared, and after waiting for some time, all together 2-3 hours, I was refused the service and was given several different excuses...one of the excuses was that AAA could not enter impoundment lots; the second one was that my vehicle was heavily damaged; the third one was that the local company they work with had the right to

Angie and Marissa did a wonderful. Job taking care of me when i was in a tough situation. They were kind and polite even when dealing with a partial power outage.
