AAA - Jonathan N. Genuinely one of the best worker-customer interactions I've had! Currently a college student who was running errands and my car broke down in a parking lot, so I filed through my AAA app and it said it would take 3 hrs for someone to come. Jonathan called me within 10 minutes and went out of his way to help me before his lunch break that was 20 minutes after that call. When he got there, he took the time to listen and ask me some questions about my car, then efficiently checked it. While being super honest and not trying to oversell on things I didn't need, he took the time to explain and show me what went wrong in my car, and gave me options as to what I could do. I am not sure which Location of AAA was involved… but I called the number on the back of my AAA card on Friday Night/Halloween Night! Went with my son who just recently got his license to insure a car. Was told “No one’s going to insure him unless he signs with someone more experienced.” What if he was the only driver he knows does that mean new drivers can never be insured? 🙄. Then was quoted the car would be $750 a month for basic insurance. Then he lied and said “if you get another person on your insurance and you get into an accident it won’t affect their rate which is a lie. If he was listed on anyones insurance and they get into an accident then their insurance CAN increase.
