AAA Venice

Went I there looking for a Old Western experience and from the staff at the front desk to calling out a staff Member it was a total unpleasant experience. They tried to address my concerns from the front desk which told me right then how wrong this was all hoing.. Any other time they have come to there desk and sit down and start taking some information about what type of travel and then have a discussion.. This never happened and for this office to call themselves a Travel Agency is sad...This office needs to first understand the client's needs address them and if they can't accommodate say so... They didn't even have a pheplet of the State I needed...not to mention a trip ticket...my suggestions are to get Agents that know how to deal first with people and have some travel experience

Not a good place to get insurance. Mary Elizabeth is horrible with returning calls and giving you advice on the best cover. Had to canceled. Not a respectable business in the Venice area. Look around there are better insurance companies who will help you!

Been a member almost 50 years. Treated like a dog. Well worse than a dog. Rude, Unprofessional. My only regret is we didn't get her name. And or ask for manager for help. There is a reason this location is poorly rated.

Have had AAA insurance on home and auto for 3 years. I have had to go every year as Billings are also messed up ( have received 3 different billing amounts in 2 weeks. The final straw was that home insurance was to be billed directly to escrow. This was spelled out each time over the last 3 years. When I brought to their attention again I was informed the insurance on house would increase about $900.00. Yes $900.00 because they had to bill escrow!! ( Keep in mind when I researched escrow company it was billed to them in 2024). So buyer beware as premiums change the and their word means nothing. You might ask did I talk to agent? For the last 2 years have had this discussion with Dennis F. This year he was gone so talked to office and they informed me management would call. It

Today we had Jorge as our service technician. He not only replaced our battery in record time, but he was prompt, polite and informative. Thank you for your service.
