AAA Sparks Branch

This is a review for Matthew Tucker at this branch. After a really miserable experience with another insurance company and incredibly high rates, we checked with Matthew on insurance and found that we had been paying far more than we ever should have. I was very happy to hear we would be save a small fortune with AAA. All the quotes given by Matthew were an incredible savings. Our renters policy went down by hundreds and we also found the auto quotes to be far lower than we had been paying previously. Matthew is very professional, very easy to talk to, one of the nicest and most mellow people I have ever sat with. He was quite enjoyable to visit with and I felt immediately at ease with him. I would not choose anyone else.

Fabulous employees and straight forward information,if you need help just ask,and I come to this location every year for my vehicle registration,just be sure you do you're smog check before you head here.

Used the DMV service. What a great service. Super friendly and easy to deal with. Great way to go for vehicle registration.

I don’t know why I pay for a membership here, every time I come in here all I get is reasons that they can’t or won’t help me. Today was the same experience as every other I have my title in my name, a smog cert, and proof of insurance. All my other vehicles the actual nv dmv will let me register and have given me zero issues but now today here it’s not good enough and now I have to make an appointment for dmv. Save yourself some time and just wait for the dmv. Probably gonna cancel my aaa membership too. Seems like they want my money but don’t want to help me.

Jean was incredible and helpful with my dmv services. I didn't have an appointment. The gentleman checking guest in was also very nice and helpful!
