Staff turnover has ruined the insurance team here. Jan and Crystal were fantastic. Misty and Angelina have been awful: non-responsive and not helpful. I needed to change my address recently and had coverage questions, and we’re at just shy of two weeks now with no response to emails or messages left. I even called and left a message for the supervisor with the incredibly rude person who answered the phone… and have not received a call back. The coverage is fine, but the staff here are terrible. Go to a different branch. Update: their generic response below is the perfect indicator of the terrible service experience you’ll have here

Easy breezy! Roger in the DMV area was awesome! Front desk receiption was super duper friendly & helpful. In & out in less than 30 minutes!! Great Job done by all

Wouldn't help at 5:30 to renew registration told me it was to late. They close at 6. What's the point of being a business of you can't even fulfill your obligations? The people here at this location suck and I definitely will not be going back

I went to get some free maps of CA and was treated like royalty! The receptionist couldn't have been nicer! It's worth being a member of AAA for every service they provide!
