Very rude and unprofessional staff. From the woman I spoke to on the phone down to the in office representatives. I had a similar experience to another reviewer below. I went to the Somerset office yesterday for an appointment and it was not clear I would need my marriage license since I had the same name since 2006 - I went all the way back to my home town over an hour away to retrieve it. The ladies in Somerset were kind and told me it should be no problem to bring it to the Plymouth office which was much closer to me. They saved and scanned all my information and took my picture so said all I needed to do was show up with the required document. Had a TSA Pre Check finger printing appointment for this morning that I have had for weeks. I live in a location where the nearest facility for this is 30 minutes to put in perspective why this is so angering. All is well at first though, I drive the 30 to my appointment, walk in, but then get told that the entire system is down??? One would REALLY think that they would have to courtesy to email people who have appointments on this day, to let them know that there is no reason to waste an hour of their life and the gas I used driving there! We live in the age of communication, there’s just no excuse for this, I had to enter my email several times on the application so I know you know how to reach me! Just goes to show this places complete lack of courtesy and respect for their patrons.

I was about to leave a one star review but then Meghan saved my experience. The first woman I had to deal with seemed as though she only had one brain cell. I know that seems harsh but not only was she unpleasant, she tried to tell me I had to wait two weeks to replace my license. She could not answer a single question I asked and appeared to take great pleasure in being as unhelpful as possible. Thank goodness I kept pushing and asking questions because I ended up walking out with a replacement in under 15 minutes. While I sat with Meghan, again a delight!, I watched this awful counter person take pleasure in turning away an old man that was struggling. He had all his paperwork but she wanted more current versions of everything. Insert eye roll. The curly blonde at the counter needs help.

I went in for my real id and the W2 I brought with me had the first 5 digits X'd out. They worked wonderfully and pleasantly with me to get through all the challenges and kept me calm! 5 stars! Would recommend!
