I've been with this agency for several months now and I felt its time to write a review about some recent experiences. Miriam has been so helpful on so many levels. My daughter recently got her license and was involved in a fender bender last month. I was worried my premium was going to sky rocket so I called. Miriam reminded me of accident forgiveness that I was at first hesitant to add but ended up doing when it was time to add my daughter to my policy. I can remember Miriam suggesting that it was something I should strongly consider since younger drivers are more accident prone and her insight has saved me a ton of money! Ive always paid my bill every month. Yet I get hit they blame me. They do not help you worst insurance company ever... They literally scam you get you more monthly.. Run away there's others that back you not set you up pay dble .. What they do is a very deceitful and just wrong...
