Samantha is our “GO-TO!” and life saver for our auto rentals when we’re traveling. Great deals and discounts when she can get them. She’s super fast but NEVER makes mistakes (ah that’s rare nowadays) amazing with details and super efficient as well! Last but not least she has impeccably fabulous customer “PERSONALIZED” service that you just can’t get anymore. AI can’t replace her, she’s phenomenal!!!! Activated my AAA Insurance back when we moved to Nampa Idaho in June on 2023 and have yet to receive one phone call from this Agency when she was appointed my policy. I sighed up online and was sent my declarations with her name listed as my Agent. Since then I have had 2 premium rate increases and no calls upon my renewal to go over any possible changes to see if she could help to keep my rates lower. After my second renewal coming up in July I noticed yet another rates increase with once again no communication from Danielle, or anyone at her Agency. Yet, they were quick to collect their commissions without ever reaching out to at least say hi. I’ve been in here many times and they are always very helpful. They give me all the Maps I wanna need they help me with any thing dealing with my RV, my boat or my truck I give them easy five stars.

Well so far so good with AAA Nampa. Our first thing with AAA was we signed up for a Hawaii vacation with a guy named Les. Les was awesome. He helped us all the way through and answered all of our questions. We will be speaking to Les the next time we want to take a vacation. The next thing is we are getting car insurance through AAA. We are dealing with a guy named Greg and Greg is very knowledgeable. He is also answering all my questions and getting us a good deal. I would suggest anyone use AAA if you're needing a vacation or if you're getting insurance. Have not used the roadside service yet but I'm sure it's top-notch. Thanks AAA for all your help.

Not very helpful at all, was told to go online if I needed anything for my trip to Europe. Gal acted like she was doing me a favor by even talking to me. Been a member since 1976 so much for customer loyalty 😞
