AAA Medford Service Center

Very helpful, courteous and friendly staff. I was transferring my membership from California and changing covered members. Jordan explained every step to change the membership and the options available. AAA's service is always very good, but the Medford office was excellent.

I use the EV charging station at their location by the airport. While sitting in my car with the windows down waiting for my car to finish charging, one of the drivers was just getting off and noticed me in my car waiting for the charge to finish and offered me a cold bottle of water seeing how it was 100 degrees that day! This drivers name is Dan and he was super helpful! He asked if I was a member, and with 50%off at this station for being a member, of course I am! HUGE shout out to Dan! He could have just went on with his day, instead he made a huge act of kindness. Thank you for being a highway hero Dan!!! I will be a AAA member for life!

Haley saved my life yesterday as I was needed to travel to California. I am forever grateful for AAA!

I have AAA Rv Premier I was on a trip called for a tow and was told NO your vehicle is not covered I asked for a supervisor he also said NO asked for he's manager he said there is no one else. I asked why they said it's to big an f450 (most rv's are 450 plus you do not have a trailer in tow. WHAT our travel trailer was set up at our camp site this is not the company you want to use if you are stranded on the side of the road

Good selection of travel products. Great customer service. And of course, maps! Very pleasant experience.
