AAA Manhattan

When I walked in I was greeted very politely from a girl at the front counter. I am interested in a Caribbean cruise. I worked with Theresa, very polite and knowledgeable. She provided me with all the necessary information I need to book my cruise. I will be back shortly to book with her.

Impressive service from the manager here. I ordered an International Driving Permit by mail from here, and the envelope arrived damaged with the permit lost. The Post Office couldn't help. Though it took a couple calls through the answering system to get through, the manager made good quickly, and made sure I got my documents safely and without additional cost.

The Manhattan KS office never answers their phone. You have to call to schedule an appointment to reserve and pay on your trip and they never contact you in a timely manner. Something definitely needs to be done about this. What are you supposed to do when you have a group of people wanting to reserve a trip and you never get a return phone call? They need to either hire more people or get more organized in their office. I called yesterday at 10am it is now the following day at 2pm and I still haven’t gotten a return phone call. Not professional at all!
