The cost of home and auto insurance escalated so much that I decided to double my normal comparison efforts. That led me to investigate agencies I was not previously familiar with. Generally I try to do business with local businesses. Andrew was knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was also responsive when I had questions. What impressed me even more about the Copeland agency was that I also got a note from the owner. Perhaps it was a stock email, but no matter - it added positively to the experience. What made it resonate further was to hear from Andrew and his colleague Alexandra that they really loved working for Vonda Copeland.

Lucas and his team worked tirelessly getting me home insurance. There was issue with lender accepting policies and we were close to closing. They did everything in there power to get me the right policy and I couldn't be any more grateful for them pulling through and we being able to close.
