I had a terrible experience with Michael R. Roberts from AAA Life Insurance Company. He gave me misleading information from the start and added things to my life insurance application that were simply not true. Because of that, my application ended up being denied. When I reached out to him afterward to get answers, he completely ignored me. No call back, no text, nothing. That alone tells me everything I need to know about how he does business. I’m extremely disappointed and honestly feel like I was lied to and taken advantage of. I will also be reporting this issue to AAA directly and to the Better Business Bureau.

Denied coverage based off some unhealthy life decisions made over 15 years ago. Rep Alex Noecker was working with me but ghosted me once I was denied. Never gave me the option to explain myself or reapply. Just 0 response. What a terrible experience it was. I guess I will look for better insurance companies

I can understand the frustration of an agent working on an application and then someone ghosting them however this is very inappropriate assuming a situation happened. First of all I needed to get a replacement phone second of all I had an emergency for work I had to attend to. unfortunately I was only able to get in my email last night due to needing to allow log in on the phone I did not have before. NOW I really don’t care nor am I interested in any of the products. Lastly sometimes people don’t understand or like products until the 30 minutes on the phone have ended and they decide that it’s not a good fit after hearing whats available 🤷🏻‍♀️ please learn better customer service

Always paid premiums on time but it took AAA Life Insurance over 3.5 months to pay-out a claim even after a many, many phone follow-up calls/emails from my end what could have easily been achieved in a matter of weeks. Terrible service during already difficult times, no-one cares and intentionally delaying payout which they admitted!! Not something you think about when you sign-up for Life Insurance but important when you need it.

After requesting an insurance quote via the website, Luke contacted me and he provided me with what I feel is is extraordinary customer service. He was kind and professional. Went the extra mile to make me feel like an important client before I even agreed to purchase insurance through him. I am very happy to now have my auto insurance with AAA and to have rare genuine customer service from Luke!
