AAA Insurance - East Dearborn Insurance Agency

I’ve been a loyal AAA customer for years, but their handling of my home insurance claim from the March 2025 Michigan ice storm has been awful. I’ve done everything right including filing promptly, cooperating fully and yet I’ve been met with silence, delays, and unexplained payments. My original adjuster left without notice, and multiple follow-ups since have gone unanswered. AAA’s inspection undervalued my damaged property at about half of what my licensed local vendor quoted. Months later, I still have no clear explanation or resolution. AAA’s communication and accountability have been unacceptable for a company that claims to value its members.

Called to get a quote for a xaisting policy I have with them and told I would be called back next day two weeks later and I’m yet to have this quote back I’m better off going to a different insurance provider

Be prepared for cold insensitive sometimes insulting treatment. They ve seen a lot. So they dont relly carr about your concern. But one guy overthere took extra effort to find a good deal.

Customer service so bad they give you good price in the beginning and ask you for gifts to give them 😬😬but after one or two months the amount go up 200 or 300 the worst experience I ever had with the insurance they don’t respect no one they act like they do the job for free
