LeAndra Champnella: Allstate Insurance

Absolutely the worst insurance agency ever purchase. The policy on December 4 had to obtain my drivers record from Secretary of State cancellation notice sent out December 16 which I received on Christmas Eve reason for termination of policy revolt license when my driving record clearly states my license isn’t revolked. did everything possible to make sure everything was OK zero communication do not go to this insurance agency it is absolutely the worst refund not processed. No communication. Do not go to lachampella agency. I absolutely didn’t want to give them a star, but I had to give a star to post this review

The agency makes me feel supported and confident that this agency and its people know us and care about our coverage and well being. After decades with AAA and an agent that couldn’t be bothered and treated us like an inconvenience to her day what a change for the better!

I’ve been a customer with the LeAndra Champnella since 2013 for my home insurance and some of the time for my Auto Insurance. They used have good customer service back then. However, now they are the worst Allstate office. I signed up with them for my auto insurance on August 26, 2020 and paid premium in full. Four days later I got billed $264. I called them and asked why, and the main agent Amanda who works there and answers most of the calls said that I missed submitting the document which I did submit and requested that she take a closer look. She verified that it was there and promised me that I will get a full refund within few days. Long story short it has been 6 months and I never received anything and I started incurring late fees since she told me not to pay the balance until it’

LeAndra and her team are amazing and always exceeding our expectations! Always a quick turn around on any request we have. We have 4 vehicles, a pontoon and a jet ski through them and never had an issue with any business done with the team at Champnella!

I was in a car accident and my vehicle was totaled, I only had 8 days to find a new vehicle. With a new vehicle came looking for insurance, and i checked my current and it was way to high. I looked all over at all the major names and the online and I found LeAndra Champnella, allstate insurance was the lowest price. I have all the same coverage as i did with my former insurance and some better, but at half the price. Thank you to nik and leandra for up close personal help, and for helping me get coverage quick and very good at a lower better price.
