AAA Downey Insurance and Member Services

Got here at 8:55 and there was a line already forming for DMV services. I thought it was going to take awhile but as soon as the doors open there was a friendly worker greeting us and answering any questions I had. Did a title transfer in about an hour but it could’ve been less if I didn’t mess up on my end. I had two different reps help me out and both of them were extremely helpful and patient. Thank you for the help today

When to pay our tags. Janet was so helpful. My phone wouldn't get the AAA text app but she wouldn't give up she tried different methods until she got it done. Thank you so much for your help and for going above and beyond....

While returning home from church on Sunday, we noticed the front right tire losing air. We pulled over, and within minutes the tire went completely flat. I immediately called AAA and explained the situation clearly. I specifically requested a flatbed tow truck to take my vehicle to the nearest tire shop. The AAA agent confirmed all of my information and assured me a flatbed was being dispatched through AM PM Towing. I received a text stating the tow truck would arrive around 8:52 AM (about an hour wait). Shortly after, I received another message saying the truck would now arrive at 8:20 AM which I appreciated. As 8:20 approached, I noticed a regular tow truck circling my location. I then received a text from the driver saying he was trying to find me. To my surprise it was NOT a flatbed.

So this star is for Dennis the only reason why I gave 1 star instead of none only because I felt like I went to the DMV and I didn’t understand what a pride flag had to do with insurance lol but okay and the guys had more ear piercings than the girls it looked n felt very different Club DMV.

There are clear signs of which line to get into for DMV or payments for insurance and membership. Everyone in the wrong line was taken before me. What's the point of having different lines?
