Great place to renew a driver's license for AAA members. No long lines, friendly folks. Quick turnaround, in and out.

This whole DMV/AAA keeps changing. I lost my license & now reservations are needed. They need DMV little offices all over the state. I went there today & I looked around to basically nothing but a few people working. It's very different than when I was growing up. There were zero pamphlets anywhere. Is AAA encouraging people to stop traveling? There's nothing for driving up North to NH, Vermont, NYC, Maine, or Rhode Island. No Disney, No Cruises So it's discouraging. I usually grab some pamphlets for heading North. The place was like a morgue

Place is absolutely useless can’t even do a plate transfer, what’s the actual point of having a AAA membership their roadside service is a joke and can’t do anything useful at the branches

I called at 9am they told me they’ll be here at 10:30 I called at 11am and they said they’re 10 minutes away. Then I called at 12pm and they said “Sorry, they’ll be there in 10 minutes” I waited 3 hours!!!!!

AAA went all in on diversity equity and inclusion, then the diverse people they insured turned out to not be so good at paying bills and abused the safety net of home, auto and renters insurance. Now they're charging us good people 100% increases in our premiums, and they expect us to just stand together with them while they try to weather the storm. Nah. See ya.
