They're living off the fame of savings, excellent service, and value. 100%false. My car was hit while I was sleeping but the worst part was AAA NOT TAKING CARE OF ME. My car was not repaired correctly, many months of wasted time with car problems and everyone telling me they cared BUT DID NOT. I can't wait to find another company to insure my vehicles. To be completely honest, USAA that represented the driver that hit my car took better care of me than AAA. GREAT WAY TO TREAT A DISABLED VETERAN AAA.

Stopped by AAA Fountain Valley on the way back home to see how long a wait it would be or if I needed an appointment for a smog check. No one there. They took me right away, no waiting. $69. The guys there are friendly and super cool. I love AAA!!!

Came here to get my international drivers license. Everyone was nice and helpful. The cost was $20 for the license and $10 to take your picture. The whole process took less than 15 minutes.

I’ve been a member of AAA for 33 years. They offer so much besides excellent Roadside Service. Always professional, friendly and helpful.

I came in with a low tire pressure and asked for a smog check as well. I didn’t have my DMV papers with me but the gentleman working there was extremely nice and helpful. We had a nice conversation and he genuinely care about me and my car. I came here around 2:30pm on a Monday and there was no wait. Smog check and tire check took less than 20 minutes.
