Had been Happy with this place until now. My insurance went up almost $400, I received a "courtesy call" telling me if I wanted to switch policy because it was so expensive I had to do it before the 14th, I was not told it had to be 5 days prior to that date. I went in, switched my policy, and was told I still had to pay my frist full coverage payment in total, in other words I was screwed and had no other options. I explained my situation to the agent and was given no help except change in policy and having to still pay that amount even though I expressed not having that money and was not advised to come in 5 days prior. The only reason I did not give it a 1star is because I had been with this company for many years.

CSIS has been around a long time, I know because my family has used them since the early 90's. They respond quickly, and have great employees. Friendly and make me feel like family. I recommend to everyone I know!💗
