AAA Concord Insurance and Member Services

I called to have my truck towed. I am a R/V plus membership top teir. I wait almost 2 hours then the tech shows up and wants me to drive my truck down the street to a" more level spot " then ask me to clean out my bed because the ramps stuck out 10 inches or so. Then tells me to clean my roof off. There is 1inch of soft powder snow on it. I told him I have a broken back and can not reach or climb up to remove the powder snow. He said it was a safety issue it could fall off and damage another vehicle. It is an inch of light powder.

Today, Oct.23, we were in Concord , NH. After shopping we got in the car and it wouldn't start. We called AAA and within 10 minutes Matt came. He tested the battery, which was ok. We had our car towed about 60 miles to our garage. George T. was the tow driver arriving in 15 minutes. We rode in the tow truck to the garage with George. Both Matt and George were from AAA Fleet in Concord. These men were professional, kind, considerate and concerned about our well being. This was the best service one could ask for when in this situation. Thank you Matt and George.

Stopped in to get passport photos taken on a Wednesday afternoon. The wait was short and the staff very friendly. In and out in 15 minutes with our photos. Great service!

Super friendly staff and very helpful. Stopped to get passport photos and staff was more concerned with the photo than I was, good thing as my wife said I looked like someone popped a balloon behind me. Quick service and even offered to help plan our next trip.

I have 4 cars, have all insured and also roadside assistance. As you can imagine I pay an exorbitant amount to have this. A rock hit my windshield last week and thought being a premier customer it would be covered. NOPE...It's not the fact I pd 75 dollars to repair, it's the fact of what I pay every year and never turned in a claim in 9 years...it should of been covered.....
