Twice bitten by Lancaster. Set up a video travel appointment with a BK for 2/5 who no-showed for the appointment. I sent a follow up email that went unanswered. The next day, she is no longer listed and new names have replaced her. Made appointment with BD for 2/11 and who was told of my frustration surrounding the first person. Left meeting with understanding that I was to check two important issues that would allow representative to proceed. I responded by email, as agreed, within 1 hour with that information. I did not hear back. I sent a follow-up email the next day, 2/12, expressing frustration over lack of communication and requested response. Now 6 Days later, still nothing from BD. Never had to use our AAA membership until this past week. Incredible service! Towed car to a garage that didn’t even look at it for 8 days! Out of frustration, called AAA again to see if they’d consider towing it someplace else. No problem! They had it at the new garage location within an hour! Woman on the phone was so nice! I’m so grateful for AAA and everyone involved in getting our car from one garage to another.

I called to renew my son's membership and the wait time went from 11 minutes to 26! I hung up as I didn't want to wait. I just called club alliance to renew my membership and didn't have to wait at all. This is poor customer service!

After being a AAA member for 9 years I finally had to call and request a tow service for my broken down car. I was denied towing because customer service didn’t approve the garage I requested my car to be towed to. I talked to not 1 but 2 representatives, 1 of which said she would deny me service and the other who said she would send for a tow. After which the first rep called me back to say any tow was denied for my vehicle on the grounds that they did not consider it to be an emergency and more of a convenience. It is disheartening and frustrating to receive this kind of treatment and lack of service from a corporation I am a member of. This was my first time ever requesting aid as their customer and I was met with thinly veiled hostility and a lack of sympathy. Called an independent tow

So I go to AAA and as a member I want to transfer a car title to my friend. AAA refused to let me use my membership because I was putting the title in my friends name who I purchased the car for as a Christmas gift. I was paying for all the transfer fees. They insisted my friend had to buy a membership. When I got upset and said just put the car in my name and slid my I'd to Marcus, by who the way shares his wife's last name, got his feelings hurt because I wasn't happy and wanted to just put the car in my name. He then slid my paperwork back to me and refused me service. Very professional. I'm sure your boss will be proud that when your feelings get hurt you throw little tantrums at work. Do better.
