We went for a non-ID replacement for my teenager and we had amazing service. It was 1/3/2026 Saturday and the female ( I think her name was Jen) was extremely kind and gave the most amazing customer service I have had anywhere in like a year.We were in and out in less than 20 minutes.

I had a 9am appointment for a duplicate license and I was the only person in there. I came in to update my license photo after losing 100 lbs, but the staff refused to help even though no one else was there. I was hoping for more kindness and understanding.

Best thing the DMV ever did was allowing AAA do license renewals and such. Schedule an appointment online, come in and get it done in 12 minutes. Nice, quick, and easy.

8-16-2022 Update, I made an appointment for my driver's license renewal for 9:30 am. I showed up on time, was checked in and made to wait almost 45 minutes. I got up and told the person doing DMV stuff that I had to leave as I had other appointments and was told I would be next and that "I would have waited much longer at DMV" 1. That is why I booked an appointment here rather than DMV. 2. If I wanted snotty rude people to deal with, I would have gone to DMV. 3. Why make appointments if you are not going to adhere to them. 4. If I knew I would have to wait 45 minutes to be served, I would have planned on it. 5. I have been a member of AAA for 34 years and have never been made to feel so unimportant by anyone there. I renewed my license here recently. I made an appointment and was in and out in under 10 minutes! Everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially the woman who took my picture. I believe her name started with a J, she was very pleasant and professional.
