Avoid getting a battery from AAA. I purchased a battery last year and my battery was under warranty for 3 years. I woke on the 19th and my battery was dead. I called to have it warranted. They have sent 2 companies out who said "that is taking money from our shop" both companies refused to change the battery out. I am.junping the car daily. Today I called for a tow out. My fiancee and I called for a tow at noon. A link wasnt sent a phone call was not made. It has been 7 hrs and the car is still in the snow. I looked on my camera and the truck showed but they never called he took a photo of the vehicle and left it in the snow.

I tried signing up for AAA on 11/12 and was clearly offered a promotional rate after entering my email on their site. The discounted pricing showed up instantly — $45.50 for me and $27.70 for my fiancée, with the enrollment fee waived. I accepted the offer and proceeded through the sign-up process. But as soon as I finished entering all of our personal information, the website quietly switched the price back to the full rate at checkout: $65 for me, $41 for my fiancée, and the enrollment fee added back in. I witnessed my relative’s car get severely damaged during a roadside assistance call arranged through AAA. Their third-party contractor, A-1 Towing, claimed they could safely recover the vehicle but instead caused major damage to the entire right side. What’s worse, the follow-up investigation appeared to side with the contractor, downplaying physical evidence and witness accounts. This feels less like accountability and more like avoiding responsibility — not the AAA many of us grew up trusting.

Do not EVER get a battery from them! It’s been a horrible experience for me. Brand new battery 6 weeks old and had to have it jumped already. The guy told me to take it and have it charged!! Are you kidding me, it’s brand new. My car is only 6 years old. I’m certainly not done with them yet!
