Be careful when your son turns 15 Years, even if he doesn't drive like mine, they say “ we sent you a letter with a questionnaire about your son” that I never received and they also have no proof of mailing, that's why they didn't send me the renewal and then they illegally canceled the policy without notice by mail, email, phone call. They said they couldn't do anything we have to make a new policy. I came here to get an International Driving Permit (IDP). I was happy with the customer service and service time. It took 5 mins to walk out with my IDP. They can take the passport photos for you if needed ($16 extra for a pair) which was handy. The forms are also available at the location. (I'd recommend printing and filling out the forms before hand to save time.)

Went in to obtain an international driving permit. Walked in and was immediately assisted. Friendly staff and quick service. I was in/out in less than 10 minutes.

Date: 15th Aug. 2025 I visited this location for International Driving Permit (IDP). My experience was very good. Staff helped me well with all I needed. As I didn't took passport photo with me, they charged me $17 for one photo which they needed. Please plan in advance to avoid getting charged way much. It took me 15 minutes to get IDP done, overall process was seamless. Thank you for your service.
