AAA Albuquerque Insurance and Member Services

I got a flat tire today. I called AAA and they sent out a roadside assistance company. They sent Chacon towing of NM. Ron is great at his job. He was a very nice young man. I really appreciate him coming out and helping me. Thanks again

I called to re-add auto insurance and re-bundle it with my home policy with AAA. I worked with Marvin Becker who was wonderful. He was patient, informative, thorough and clearly worked to get the best iscounts and policy combinations for my needs. He also tried to make sure every issue was covered so there would be no surprises later. I tried a different ins. company and was horribly disappointed with an attempted triple increase in cost in the 2nd month of coverage. I am very happy to be back with AAA. Thank You Marvin and AAA.

Don't use AAA insurance. I had them and someone hit my car, they had me take my car to a shop they use for a quote. I dropped it off they guy at the shop said they were busy but they would send over a quote. Day later I got a message saying my car was being worked on and it was a lot higher than I expected. I contacted AAA insurance frustrated with the situation and they pretty much gave me the middle finger saying the shop did all the correct steps, not a single manager or employee tried to take my side. Shows they are all system and dont care about the customer.

AAA has gone downhill. Left me stranded for an entire day in the middle of nowhere. Had to hitchhike to get somewhere and then have my car dealt with. It was almost impossible just to place the order, tons of communication problems and inefficiency. I also don't appreciate their deceptive practice of sending advertisement that looks like a bill. I wonder how many people fall for this scam? AAA used to be great but hasn't been for a decade now. I would avoid at all costs!

The entire staff at AAA Insurance has treated me like family and I really appreciate what they have done for me and the service I receive
