A Plus Insurance

I wouldnt normally write a negative review like this because of a higher quote than competitors, but my situation is a bit more nuanced. I had already gotten a quote through progressive before calling A plus. Reading all the excellent reviews I was encouraged to give A plus a shot. The lady I spoke with was nice enough, but after collecting all my information she told me the only company that was willing to cover me at the limits I already had on my current coverage was Progressive! Fine, but she quoted me over 2 times what progressive quoted me for the same thing!!! Yikes. Stay vigilant people.

First off.. they answer the phone. Unusual these days. Ruby helped me get a policy was VERY nice and professional. Within 30 minutes she had a policy for me that met my needs and was a very reasonable price. I recommend them 100%.

Alexis K was fantastic, she got me set up with my policy, communicated effectively and efficiently, and explained everything that I needed to know. I also didn’t receive robo and spam calls upon signing up to receive quotes which is a major difference between other insurance brokers. Would recommend.

APlus Insurance is FABULOUS!! BIG SHOUT OUT to my girl Alexis!! I have never had an agent be so informative, honest, & helpful. She also made sure I had options!! Complete breath of fresh air compared to the last..... " People". Thanks Alexis & A Plus Insurance!! 😁

Hands down the worse place ever! I literally just told the gal I talked to yesterday that they ALWAYS mess up and once again they messed up!! “Added” a vehicle that I haven’t been able to register due to the insurance issues and once again they didn’t add it until the end of the month and I cannot make changes to my policy. So here I am sitting at the DMV not able to register my truck and waiting on hold to talk to my insurance company because the agents are not available LIKE ALWAYS!!
