A Parrella & Associates Insurance

I have worked with A Parrella and Associates insurance company for the last 5 years or so now and they have been fantastic. This is a group of confident, competent, and diligent professionals. As a business owner of a rapidly evolving business, I value speed and communication and they always knock that out of the park too. It’s rare that I would go out of my way to write a review for a company but as I referred them to yet another colleague in the industry I recognized that they didn’t have many people who went out of their way to do this which I think is ridiculous because they always go out of their way for their customers & they’re truly the best. They raised their rates on us almost every year, like they were doing US some kind of favor, and then got an attitude for asking questions and cancelled our "professional relationship" just for asking for a reprint of a form. I'd make this review NO stars, if I could.

Highly recommend ! Great insurance company! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Always available to talk and work with whatever you need.
