Had to come in person to cancel my policy and was charged a $35 agency fee to cancel. I’ve never been charged a fee to cancel a policy at ANY insurance company. Would not do business with them again.

Call me to lmk you insurance is fue today all cool, but isn’t today is due until 15 agent told me if you don’t pay today policy will be canceled, that’s fake notice
A-Max Auto Insurance sells auto insurance to people who do “NOT” have a drivers license. Apparently this is legal. Ask yourself how you feel about that.
Worst experience ever aside from the one and only rep that I spoke with about a month ago. I’ve since gotten insurance with another company.
