I had a wonderful experience with this family owned insurance agency this fall. In adding a new driver and car to my insurance, my rates doubled. The insurance company that I had been loyal to for years offered no breaks. I reached out to Nate Donovan and he was able to quickly research my options, quote and provide me a savings of over $3,000 with the same coverage!!! He was knowledgeable, friendly and quickly responsive to all my questions and in getting policy started. So glad I made the switch to AH Rist as otherwise I would not have been able to afford a teen driver!! Would highly recommend! 5 🌟!!!

I used them for a long time and for the most part, they were great. Super responsive and always shopped around for me in advance of my policy expiring. Sadly, as of recent its been hard to get a hold of them. A simple policy quote took almost two weeks and I had to poke them a few times. I just don't have the time to stay on top of them. I need an agency where I call them once and I hear back within two days or less. For that reason sadly I'm going to be switching. To be fair I do think they offer great rates, but you need to be willing to call several times and have some patience.

Aileen Fitzgerald gave us 5 star service . She found us a bundled homeowners and auto policy which was reasonably affordable. She was thorough and helpful with all of our questions. My husband and I highly recommend!
