Grant answered the business phone promptly the day before the hurricane Nicole was to hit. Polite and professional answered all my questions about his location and business hours. Gave me a quote on auto insurance in a matter of about 10 minutes and offered to do the insurance docs via email to start my coverage immediately. I said I wanted to do this in person since I had some bad experience with online business practices as a whole these past two years post Pandemic. I have used AAI for years now for my vehicle insurance through progressive. They are professional and courteous and their rates beat any other carrier online and in office. I will say every year my rates increase significantly and maybe they are not as competitive as they use to be. Perhaps this is the case with all insurance companies now.
