Horrible customer service. Nonchalant tired sounding lady answers the phone has no business etiquette or good customer service about herself at all.. got me mixed up with someone else and pretty much told me to just “call someone else to do it”.

Had got the quote it was like $280 dollars and they told me to go next door to get a money order but when I came back the price changed

People write reviews when they are REALLY DISSATISFIED, really pleased, or when they get incentives to do so. I am not being pleased or incentivized in the least. Would not recommend. I was with AAdvantage five years. They used to be okay,  RECENTLY BAD OFF! STORY I didn't realize that over the course of 3 months AAdvantage Insurance Agency made an error that overcharged my account by OVER $3000. This was directly through my routing/acct number. Unlike with a credit card, I can't easily change the numbers or quickly get the money refunded to me by the bank while things are sorted out. Lesson learned. I left AAdvantage JAN15th due to an entirely DIFFERENT financial error they had made and I found a better fit. (AAdvantage chose to set the policy to end late Jan. ) Then FEB2 they charged
