I was told when I got my car insurance that I was able to pay when I had the money to and the day came to pay my car insurance and I didnt have the money so they canceled it because "they started something new" without informing me and by the time i got the paper in the mail for it It was to late to reverse it so now Im waiting for a call back from then to "get the closest quote" because they cancelled my policy without a notice or anything to me.....First call I got put on hold for 15 minutes and then they hung up!!....Warn your people next time you feel like "changing your policy"

I called couple months back for a quote. Shanon took my info and just never called back. I called her back the next day and she apologized and said she was busy, that she would work on it right away….still never got the rate lol . This place is a joke!
