Zurich Insurance

This company sucks. Someone backed into my car literally July/30/24. I was trying to contact the adjuster over my claim for 30 days. July/30-aug/30. It took my lawyer going over his head and contacting his supervisor who is also 0 help. She promised me rental payments dated from the date of the accident until now. I have not heard anything from her since Monday regarding my rental. Now when i cal her voicemail says she is out of the office and will not return until after the holidays. Now I’m stuck no car or anything over this long extended weekend due to the holiday. And i was spending money out my pocket on rentals. Thanks a lot SMDH.

My 1st time calling. I read the reviews first and became very concerned. HOWEVER, every individual that I spoke to provided the information I needed. They were polite, efficient and handled every aspect of my claim quickly. Great people doing a tough job! Thank you.

I can't not think of a more horrible experience than my call to Zurich. I call to get information about coverage and the financial agent hung up thr phone on me because I was asking a question while he was talking. Unacceptable. Never Use These Jerks.

I have waited over a month for workers comp payment. No one from this company responds to myself or lawyers about this . Also requested a direct deposit from 2 weeks ago and still no email . Not sure they have a clue what they're doing . I would never recommend this company for any services. They seem lazy and not motivated to do the job THEY applied for. Beth Gregory my adjuster is in charge of how this is taken care of . But she can not seem to complete a simple e-mail task . Completely ridiculous in my opinion .

This insurance company sucks dude i got a check to settle a claim, and the bank could not verify when. I called zurich they told me they would be looking into it and would give me a call back 4 hours later and no call back so i gave em a ring and no answer i left several voicemails and no calls back the rep was omari peterson out of atlanta and even the whole claim process just sucks i hope they treat other people better cause idk how they been around for 150 years treating people like this like im just trynna get my money i took my car to the shop and had to pay to get it out while the check takes 2 or 3 weeks to be verified totally sucks do not reccomend them
