Bilinguals, english and spanish, probably portugués as well. Very friendly, very professional and accommodating. They're quick, no tricks, no gimmicks, straight forward, I love them, awesome folks.

This place has a lot of potential of being great at what they offer but the customer experience needs improvement. There is many kind employees who are willing to help. However, our experience with a certain female employee was horrible. This is the first time we had service from her and as we ask for questions and clarification she would respond in a very unprofessional and rude manner! (not to mention we didn't even receive a receipt of our transaction) If this location can retrain their employees on the customer service, it would be a better business.

Their knowledge on what I was looking for help was very minimal.! For a person/a place that deals with 1040's taxes and more everyday, I would of assume they could of be more helpful. Even thou I am bilingual, this conversation took place over the phone and on OUR native language, Spanish. Is not that any of us get lost in translation,no.! It was because of their lack of knowledge in something that someone was able to explain and fix the issue within 15 minutes of me being at their office.!

Very nice and kind people . I know one of the workers there for many years. They get their job done quickly. They are also bilingual. They do income-tax, money orders , and car insurance.

always do taxes there and never had a problem, highly recommend! A+ service and fees are very affordable.its quit a wait there but after all you know your documents are secure.
