You only have contact with one person assigned to your organization. The same person over and over again. If this person happens to not be what you would consider caring or pleasant to deal with you’re out of luck because you’re stuck with this person for possibly years whether it’s about your pension or health etc.. These days you would think that having a US based customer service person would make it a better experience but I would rather have a foreigner that didn’t speak good English than someone who makes you feel like you’re asking a stupid question and taking up their time. Wow! I feel a little better now

Zenith is an amazing group of people who take care of Union Ironworkers and their families. Best customer service ever.

these people manage our health benefits for the millwrights and carpenters union out of Houston.We might as well manage it ourselves.I can never get to the right people on the phone,and haven't been able to get a password reset in two years.I will personally attend the next union meeting to see if we can find and vote on another company.They are getting paid too much from members to be this sorry.
