Zachary Stultz American Family Insurance

unprofessional. zac is the only person that can actually authorize anything and he's never there. i tried adding on policies but he would never return phone calls and then wonders why people are upset with him. i wouldn't recommend going through his branch unless you want to deal with slow service. What a joke!

We had our insurance with American Family and we put our daughter on and we paid for over a year to have her on our insurance and we decided to look around for cheaper insurance and found out our daughters license was suspended and we had been paying for over a year to have her on our policy. They didn't tell us about it but they sure did take our money for her to drive on a suspended license. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM!!!

My company did work on zachary stultz home. He was very unprofessional. He signed a contract for the work he received. The contract stated he would pay and payment was never received.

Had them for an entire year, never met the guy, emailed him a dozen times, never heard anything back, they doubled my rates still couldn't get in contact with the guy.

Zachary is never in his office and you can never get a hold of him.
