Do not use this allstate office.. They are terrible.. They don't return phone calls and no one is in office... The absolute worst ins. agent I ever delt with...

Mike K. was very helpful in developing a policy to fit my needs. The premium was very attractive for the same coverage on my existing policy. He was excellent in following up and answering all of my questions. I am very happy with the service.

Zach was most helpful in assisting with a claim under the comprehensive clauses of my policy, when I discovered chipmunks had chewed the wires in my BMW Z3. The claim process went very smoothly.
